Halo Settings

The halo is heavenly and a perfect style for an engagement ring for a number of reasons. First, this style appears a little vintage, which has been a popular style for a few years now. Secondly and probably most importantly, the halo makes the center diamond appear larger, which is never a bad thing! This is one of my favorite engagement ring designs--a classic setting with a custom four prong head, which really shows off the diamond.

This ring was designed after a ring idea seen in Italy. First, we found the brilliant blue aqua then designed the ring around it. It is slightly raised, but made so it can be worn comfortably.

This was a fun project, partially due to the clients. There was sentimental value to the customer's center diamond, so we built the ring around it making sure the best care was taken.  The ring turned out beautifully and shows off the stone perfectly.

This band turned out gorgeous--nice big diamonds that really sparkled and accented the engagement ring. The band has a slight curve to fit against the ring, but not too much of a curve so that she can still wear it alone and have an elegant look.

We had a challenge with this one--the customer had an antique engagement ring and had no luck finding a matching band within her budget.  That's when we met and created the perfect band all within her budget.

Kristin's thoughts:This ring was fun. The customer had her diamonds and an idea how she wanted these stones laid out, so we looked at different band widths and domes and created this one-of-a-kind band that's beautiful and very comfortable.

This ring turned out better than anticipated--we needed a band to fit against the engagement ring, so found this band and altered it slightly to create an perfect match and one that really shows off the sparkling diamonds.

This band was made to fit against the engagement ring and with a European shank.  The curve is so slight that when it's worn by itself it looks elegant and full of brilliant diamonds.

This ring was made for some amazing people. We reused the customers stone for it was just a cool stone and created the ring to be similar to his past ring--it turned out very masculine and beautifully.
